Property Management

For clients who have purchased a home or investment, we offer a private, in house, property management service attending to maintenance works, tenant liaisons, refurbishment and general care.
 

Further services include, but are not limited to:-

• Landscaping;
• Key holding;
• Mail collection;
• Periodic property inspection;
• Tenant sourcing;
• Gas safety and PAT testing.

We act as the first point of contact for tenants to ensure that the flat is well maintained throughout the tenancy period, also ensuring that all relevant tenancy compliance issues are adhered to. We keep our clients informed of all issues reported by the tenants and take appropriate action where necessary.
